Design Developer at Shades of Noir

Role: Creating digital resources, branding and publication design, designing infographics and promotional material. 
Shades of Noir is an organisation that promotes diversity and inclusion with Higher Education.
They support and encourage discussion around issues that People of Colour face within the
Arts communities.

​As a design developer, my primary role is designing the Terms of Reference (ToR) Journals , available to read on Issuu.

These journals contain a multiplicity of voices, intersectional perspectives and modes of communications, acknowledging global research centres and institutions within each publication. Inclusive and accessible design were a priority when creating the ToRs to be able to reach a diverse range of audience.
